There are moments when a job ending is more than a transition — it is a rupture.
In 2025, thousands of people were pushed out of the workforce through layoffs, reductions, buyouts, and early retirements that disrupted not only income, but identity, dignity, and trust. For many, especially Black women, the loss was compounded by systemic bias.
The Reclamation Space™ exists to say: what happened to you mattered.
This is a witnessing and identity-restoring coaching space for those who were pushed out — not because they failed, but because decisions were made and people paid the price.
Who This Space Is For:
For Black women professionals who were pushed out of the workforce in 2025 and whose experiences were shaped by racialized and gendered inequities. Experiences are not the same and this space does not pretend they are.
For any former federal employee who experienced work separation that disrupted their sense of self, worth, and belonging.
